Tae Sung, as a non-ferrous metal foundry manufacturer of customized products, is commited to creating systems of high quality in a variety of type and in small lot production. Tae Sung is specialized in creating high conductivity copper castings of electric furnace parts and blast furnace parts; tuyere, tuyere cooler, copper panel, electrode holder, lance nozzle, burner, and bushing.
Major customers include Posco, Hyundai steel, Dong Kuk Steel, YK steel, KISCO and other numerous machine manufacturers. We export to NIKKO, Nippon Steel, Daido Steel(Japan), Essar steel, Ispat, JSW(India), Erdemir, Isdemir, Kardemir(Turkey), Southern steel, Amsteel(Malaysia), Saar Metall(Germany), and Voestalpine(Austria).
Furthermore, we have been successful in developing components for nuclear reactors, such as elbow and air end terminals, in cooperation with Doosan Heavy Industries.
